What I Do

Allow me to introduce myself: My name is Mara Dumitru, and I am a fourth-year college student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Journalism with a keen focus on reporting and writing at the University of Missouri. As someone with a natural talent for writing and editing, I have honed my skills through various academic and extracurricular activities.

But that's not all. Alongside my Journalism degree, I am also pursuing minors in Spanish, German, and Textile and Apparel Management. Additionally, I am the president of the Her Campus chapter at our University. I believe that acquiring a diverse skill set and knowledge base is essential in today's interconnected world, and I am excited to explore the intersections of these seemingly disparate fields.

As I move forward in my academic journey, I am eager to put my knowledge and skills to the test in the practical world. The prospect of applying my academic background to real-life situations is both thrilling and humbling, and I cannot wait to see where this path takes me.
